== How to take over a car ==

The driver on track needs to have made a pit stop before you can take over their car.

| Join a [[Game Modes/Multiplayer|multiplayer]] server.
| Press {{key press|N}} until you see the connection list at the bottom right.
| Find the driver in the list and when they are about to do a pit stop, press the {{button|T|light}} button next to their name. Once you have pressed it, it will change it's colour to a bright green. The driver on track will see "[your name] wants to take over" in the chat.
| The driver on track must go to the pit lane and make a pit stop.
| Once the pit stop is finished, the driver on track must stand still and do not move the car. They press {{key press|N}} until they see the connection list, then they press the green {{button|T|light}} next to their own name. If they try to press it earlier, they will see a message saying "You can only change drivers when a pit stop is finished".
