This is a table cell template used to fill cells of a table with TBA (to be announced). Suitable for things that are yet to be done by people, for example in a league calendar table, where the round combos/distances are yet to be announced by the organizers. Uses {{Abbr}} internally. For things that are eventually turning out themselves, use {{TBD}}.
