The SyN FBM GP Championship is a biweekly racing series hosted by Team Synoris (SyN). The championship features Formula BMW (FBM) cars competing on the Blackwood circuit variations. The series has recently undergone changes to enhance participation and competition.
General Structure
The championship events take place every other Sunday at 14:00 CET. Races alternate between two Blackwood circuit layouts: BL1 and BL2.
Qualifications
The SyN FBM GP Championship employs an open qualification system to determine the starting grid for each race. A 15-minute qualifying session is held before the main event, with 12 slots available for competitors. This format ensures that the fastest drivers secure their positions on the grid based on their qualifying performance.
Race Rules
Each race consists of 40 laps and includes a mandatory pit stop. Participants are expected to adhere to the Rules of Clean Racing.
