Live for Speed

Welcome to Live for Speed (often abbreviated as LFS), a realistic online racing simulator.

The official website of LFS is www.lfs.net where you will find the download links and other useful information.

Downloading

  1. 1 Go to www.lfs.net and click "Free game download" or "DOWNLOADS" on the home page.
  2. 2 On the Download Live for Speed page, click "Download location #1" to start downloading the installer.
  3. 3 Once the installer is downloaded, run it.

The name of the downloaded installer file will be LFS_S3_XX_setup.exe where XX is the short version number.

Installation

  1. 1 Start the installation by running the downloaded LFS setup exe file. You will be presented with the Live for Speed Setup Wizard screen:

  2. 2 Read and agree with the LFS license agreement.
  3. 3 Choose a folder which LFS will be installed in. The default installation folder is C:\LFS. It is recommended to keep this default install location, to avoid file permission problems in Windows later.
