Packet Details
Size
The size of the packet is always 8 bytes.
Type
The packet type from the ISP_ enumeration, always ISP_SLC.
ReqI
ReqI is equal to zero, unless the packet is a reply to a TINY_SLC request.
UCID
The connection's unique ID (0 is the host).
CName
The car's name. For official cars, the 3 bytes are the ASCII values of the car name (e.g. 85-70-49 translates to UF1). For mods, the 3 bytes translate to the skinID as hexadecimal characters, in reverse order (e.g. 46-241-219 translates to 2E-F1-DB, which is the skinID DBF12E).
