Introduction
The Pit Stop Finished packet is sent by LFS when a player starts moving after a pit stop.

Packet Details
Size
The size of the packet is always 12 bytes.
Type
The packet type from the ISP_ enumeration, always ISP_PSF.
ReqI
ReqI is always equal to zero.
PLID
The player's unique ID.
STime
The total duration of the pit stop, in ms.
