Driver options

The button next to the Steering animation button shows the name of the current steering animation. You can click it to choose a different animation. To edit the steering animation, use the animation editor.

If Concealed driver is enabled, the driver will not be drawn anymore when the vehicle switches from LOD1 to LOD2 (when it gets far away enough that the game switches to the lower-detailed LOD2). This should be enabled for most closed-cockpit vehicles, and disabled for open wheelers and motorcycles.

Steering wheel

You can set the steering wheel's heading and pitch (the angles of the steering wheel subobject in the 3D model are ignored), as well as the maximum angle the wheel can turn with Steering wheel turn (ONE WAY); if you set this to 450 degrees, the steering wheel will turn 900 degrees from lock to lock.

Trail reduction can be used to offset the front wheels forward or backward. This can have a strong impact on the force feedback, make sure to pay attention to the info displayed by the editor as you change this setting.
