Vehicle Mods |
Class / Inputs is a vehicle editor mode used for setting the vehicle type and testing various car inputs such as lights, horn, siren or pit speed limiter.
- 1 Open the vehicle editor.
- 2 Click the Class / Inputs button in the top left corner.
Vehicle type

You can select the vehicle type by clicking the grey button next to Vehicle type which shows the currently selected vehicle type (e.g. "saloon").
The vehicle type is used to filter mods by class in the mod selection screen in LFS as well as on the website.
All available vehicle types are:
- object
- touring car
- saloon
- buggy
- formula
- GT
- kart
- bike
- van
- truck
- F1
- FSAE
- bus
- prototype
Limitations
Once a vehicle is set to object, kart or bike, it can't be changed back to another type. Similarly, other vehicle types can't be changed to object, kart or bike. The only way to set a vehicle type to one of these is when creating a new vehicle mod.
