The SETup packet contains setup data from a player.

Size

The size of the packet is always 136 bytes.

Type

The packet type from the ISP_ enumeration, always ISP_SET.

ReqI

ReqI is always equal to zero.

PLID

The player ID of the player who sent the setup.

CName

The skinID of the vehicle.

FuelLoad

The starting fuel load (in percent) set in the garage.

Setup

Setup data, using almost exactly the same format as the SET format, with the exception that gear ratios for all 7 gears follow the final drive ratio:
