The HandiCaPs packet is used to set handicaps for every official car.

Size

The size of the packet is always 68 bytes.

The packet type from the ISP_ enumeration, always ISP_HCP.

ReqI

ReqI is always equal to zero.

Notes

This packet can only set handicaps for official cars. It is currently not possible to set car handicaps for mods, use IS_PLH instead.
